Background

I have 12 years of HR experience working for a conglomerate of over 10 staffing agencies employing more than 2,000 employees with operations in 48 states and Canada. I have held various roles within HR including HR Generalist, Benefits Administrator, Compliance Team Supervisor, and my current role as the Compliance Operations Manager. My numerous roles have facilitated an extensive and well-rounded skillset and knowledge of compliance, operations, benefits, and employee management.

My professional experience paired with a Master of Science in Information Management has given me a unique and thorough understanding of a large organization’s data needs, as well as strategies to manage and leverage data in the areas of compliance, operations, and business intelligence. From database design and management, to analytics and user interface design, my skill set provides versatility and range to meet an organization’s ever changing data needs.
